Grizzly Bear
(Ursus arctos horriblis)

A selection of Grizzly Bear shots taken around the Katmai Coast of Alaska in 2010 during the annual Salmon run. There were some awesome encounters with the bears during a week of fantastic weather. They all have individual characters and watching them fish, play, laze around and sometimes fight was such an amazing experience.
